The purpose of this Stockholder Communications Policy is to set forth a process for the stockholders of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") to send communications to the Board of Directors of the Company.
Stockholder Communications
The Board of Directors accepts communications sent to the Board of Directors (or to specified individual directors) by stockholders of the Company. Stockholders may communicate with the Board of Directors (or with specified individual directors) by writing to them c/o Corporate Secretary, Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., 750 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York 10022. All written communications received in such manner from stockholders of the Company shall be forwarded promptly to the members of the Board of Directors to whom the communication is directed or, if the communication is not directed to any particular member(s) of the Board of Directors, the communication shall be forwarded promptly to all members of the Board of Directors.
